The most infested place in the UK is London, new research shows. The south London borough of Wandsworth comes top of a table of requests for help with pest infestations, with 86 residents in every 1,000 requesting assistance, more than anywhere else. It featured highly in call-outs for help with rats and mice

Rentokil, which offers services from hiring work uniforms to rat killing, catering and security, on Friday said adjusted pretax profit for the three months to the end of March rose 1.1 percent to 26.3 million pounds ($42.61 million).
